New Zealand

We offer free tracked delivery to New Zealand. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivery usually takes 7–10 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs or circumstances outside our control.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Prices on the New Zealand storefront are shown in NZD. Any import taxes, duties or charges that are not collected at checkout remain the customer’s responsibility where applicable.

Tracking and Delays

You’ll receive tracking details when your order is dispatched. If your parcel is delayed, allow an additional two business days and check the tracking link before contacting us.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us within 15 minutes if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has started.
