Return & Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy

At AussieAura, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. This policy applies alongside your rights under applicable consumer law.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Eligible products may be returned within 60 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning an item so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not send products back without prior authorisation.

How to Request a Return

Email hello@aussie-aura.com with your order number, the reason for the return and, where relevant, clear photos or video of the issue. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Please use tracked postage.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return postage. The item should be returned in its original condition and packaging where reasonably possible. Items that have been used in a way that makes them unsafe or unsuitable for resale may not qualify for a change-of-mind refund.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for photos or video so we can assess the issue. Where the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy and reimburse reasonable return postage where required by law.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll advise you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Australian customers retain their rights under the Australian Consumer Law. New Zealand customers retain their rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
